Orders will be processed and generally shipped in 1-7 business days, via UPS or USPS delivery, pending stock availability. In cases of extremely high demand due to a national emergency, some items may be on back order and will be filled in a first come, first served basis.
Orders will generally arrive within 10-14 business days, based on ship address location.
Any change requests after your order has been submitted cannot be guaranteed.

All International customers are responsible for duties and taxes. We will guarantee all packages until they reach the International customers customs agency, at that point we are no longer responsible for the package.
Always inspect your package as soon as possible after it is received. If items are damaged, you must report the problem directly to the carrier (UPS or USPS) within 48 hours.
Should a package be refused or returned to us unopened, the customer shall be charged a restocking fee of 15% of the order amount and/ or pay shipping cost to re-ship the order.
All returns must be authorized prior to shipping back. In order to receive a return authorization number (RA#) please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
A restocking fee of 15% is applied to all orders returned. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
In order to receive credit, returned items must be received in the original packaging in sellable condition.
A copy of the RA# must accompany returned merchandise. Failure to do so may result in credit not being processed.
If you receive any missing or defective merchandise, please contact us within 10 days and we will ship a replacement out generally within 5-7 business days.
NOTE: We do not ship individual orders outside the United States unless the buyer agrees to pay extra postage. We do not guarantee delivery on any package shipped outside the United States. We will provide a tracking number but once it leaves the United States we make no guarantees of delivery.
